<br />-3- <br /> <br />as to introduce no hazard to the landing, takeoff or movlng of <br /> <br />aircraft or otherwise limiting or interfering with the use of <br /> <br />the Airport. <br /> <br />The use of the property herein leased shall not in any <br /> <br />manner interfere with nor impair the drainage facilities of the <br /> <br />Airport. There shall be no grazing of livestock on any of the <br /> <br />leased premises. Hunting or the discharge of firearms will not <br /> <br />be permitted on the airport property or on any airport property <br /> <br />leased for agricultural purposes. <br /> <br />III. <br />ACCESS <br /> <br />Lessee further agrees to minimize the use of runway and taxi- <br /> <br />way surfaces; i.e., in traveling to and from fields and in crossing <br /> <br />these surfaces. Lessee will not turn farm equipment at the end of <br /> <br />rows, etc., on paved surfaces. <br /> <br />Lessee agrees to take care that <br /> <br />dirt, mud, rocks, etc., are not carried onto these surfaces by any <br /> <br />farm equipment and that if such should occur that Lessee will <br /> <br />promptly remove same, or cause it to be done, at no expense to the <br /> <br />Lessor. Farm tractors and machinery will enter enclosed fields <br /> <br />only at points specified below. See attached map also. <br /> <br />a. The north and west most triangular field will <br />be entered only across the west most end of <br />runway 4. <br /> <br />b. The pentagon shaped field will be entered only <br />across the west most end of taxiway F. <br /> <br />c. The south and east most triangular field will <br />be entered only from the pentagon shaped field <br />across the east end of runway 26 where it inter- <br />sects with runway 17-35. <br /> <br />d. The several fields situated between the concrete <br />apron and the segments of runways 8-26 and 12-30 <br />closest thereto will be entered only across taxi- <br />ways that also bound these fields. <br /> <br />IV. <br />NOTIFICATION OF WORK AND ~ffiCHINERY ~~RKINGS <br /> <br />Lessee agrees to notify the Fixed Base Operator operating the <br /> <br />UNICOM radio prior to the start of any farming or mowing operations <br />
