<br />-8- <br /> <br />only farming practices recommended by the Soil Conservation <br /> <br />Service of the United States Department of Agriculture or some <br /> <br />other agency of equal stature. <br /> <br />In preparing the soil and planting and harvesting the <br /> <br />crops, the land shall not be plowed into furrows, or bedded, <br /> <br />in such a manner as to create beds and middles which would create <br /> <br />a hazard to aircraft which might be forced to use the field as <br /> <br />an emergency landing site. Fields will be kept clean at the end <br /> <br />of the normal growing season and no crop shall be left in the <br /> <br />field so as to lead to the infestation of birds. <br /> <br />XIII. <br />USE PLAN <br /> <br />Lessee shall, by July 1 of each year present eo <br /> <br />Lessor, for review by the City Council, a Use Plan detailing <br /> <br />how Lessee proposes to utilize the premises for the ensuing <br /> <br />year. The Use Plan shall include at a minimum the types of <br /> <br />crops proposed to be planted, the proposed locations of each <br /> <br />crop and the proposed dates of cutting and plowing of each crop. <br /> <br />XIV. <br />OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />Any modifications of this agreement shall be in writing <br /> <br />and signed by the parties to this agreement or their legal <br /> <br />representatives. <br /> <br />Lessor reserves the right to enter upon the land covered <br /> <br />by this lease agreement to make inspections concerning Lessee's <br /> <br />compliance with the terms of this lease or to make repairs or <br /> <br />improvements deemed by Lessor or the United States Government <br /> <br />to be necessary. <br /> <br />Executed in Duplicate Originals this l2thday of october <br /> <br />1982. <br /> <br />Att~st.: . .--d~ <br />~~.!jwrnwJV <br /> <br />V'ranis K.
