<br />1 <br /> <br />1.10 Decline Disclaimer. A statement provided to Consumers whose POS <br />Transaction is declined or not Authorized for any reason. The Decline <br />Disclaimer will include, at a minimum, the name, address and telephone <br />number of the party providing the declined or not Authorized response. <br /> <br />1.11 Fee Schedule. The Fee Schedule provided by us and incorporated as part <br />of the terms of this Agreement by this reference. <br /> <br />1.12 Guarantee with Conversion. The conversion of a check to an electronic <br />debit to the Consumer's Account, with a guarantee that the applicable <br />amount will be settled without recourse to you, with limited exceptions. <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />1.13 Ineligible Checks. <br />. Checks drawn on invalid or fraudulent ABA Routing Numbers <br />. Checks that do not contain a pre-printed serial number or consumer's <br />name <br />. Checks that previously have been negotiated <br />. Checks that previously have been voided in connection with another <br />Transaction or another program pursuant to NACHA rules <br />. Checks drawn on Non-Participating Drawee Banks that do not <br />participate in the Automated Clearing House <br />. Checks that do not contain an ABA Routing Number <br />. Checks by a consumer who is not a U.S. resident <br />. Convenience checks and traveler's checks <br />. Federal Reserve Bank checks <br />. Federal Home Loan Bank checks <br />. Government checks (including checks drawn on a state or local <br />government) <br />. Third-party checks <br />. U.S. Treasury checks <br />. Obligations of a [mandai institution (such as cashier's checks, official <br />checks, money orders) <br />. Checks payable in a currency other than U.S. dollars <br />. Checks drawn on an institution outside the United States <br /> <br />1.14 Limited Claim. One or more of the following bases for a Reversed POS <br />Transactions: <br />(a) the transaction was fraudulent and the transaction receipt was not <br />signed by the Consumer <br />(b) the transaction has been previously paid <br />(c) the Consumer claims that there was an error in the processing the <br />transaction <br />(d) the financial institution holding the Consumer's account claims that <br />there was an error in the processing of the transaction <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />
