<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.4 No work under this Agreement will be subcontracted by the Engineer without prior <br />written approval from the City. Any work or services subcontracted under this Agreement shall <br />be specified by separate written Agreement and shall be subject to each provision of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.5 Any provisions in this Agreement pertammg to the City's review, approval and/or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by the Engineer and/or its subconsultants, contractors, <br />and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the Engineer's <br />responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 The Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer <br />will advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services, and the <br />Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - DESIGN <br /> <br />For Phases 1 and 2 of the Project, the Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 <br /> <br />Prepare Project plans which include: <br /> <br />a) Cover sheet, location map and general note sheets. <br />b) Site plan design. <br />c) Streetscape design coordination <br />d) Drainage improvements. <br />e) Erosion and sedimentation control plan <br />f) ADA access improvements. <br />g) Construction sequencing. <br />h) Miscellaneous construction details. <br /> <br />For Phases 3 and 4 of the Project the Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.2 Prepare Project plans which include: <br /> <br />a) Cover sheet, location map and general note sheets. <br />b) Site plan design. <br />c) Bowl design coordination <br />e) Erosion and sedimentation control plan <br />f) Access improvements <br />g) Construction sequencing. <br />h) Miscellaneous construction details. <br /> <br />For Phases 1 and 2, and for Phases 3 and 4 subject to the availability of funds as discussed in <br />Section 1.1 of this Agreement, the Engineer will: <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Davcar Skatepark <br />
