<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />Service as a consultant or liaison between various governmental entities and the <br />City for the purpose of representing the special interests of the Owner (beyond the <br />extent contemplated under Basic Services). <br />If the Consultant's services under this Agreement are temporarily suspended <br />beyond a continuous period of more than sixty days through no fault of the <br />Consultant and then subsequently restarted, a remobilization fee will be assessed <br />to cover administrative and staffing adjustments. <br /> <br />g) <br /> <br />1.5.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 1.5 of this Agreement. The approval of <br />the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $25,000. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with <br />requirements for the Project including design objectives and constraints, space, capability, and <br />performance requirements, security needs, flexibility, and expandability, and budgetary <br />limitations as well as all other data and information in the City's possession needed by the <br />Consultant at the Consultant's request. In addition, the City will furnish to the Consultant any <br />copies of design and construction standards that City will require incorporated in the Request for <br />Proposals as part of the design bid process, as applicable. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Ed Theriot, Development Projects Manager and Laurie Anderson, the Director <br />of Environment and Engineering as the City's Project Managers and authorized representatives <br />to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents <br />and information submitted by the Consultant and promptly render responses to the Consultant on <br />issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide to the Consultant, through its Project Manager, any other available information <br />which is pertinent to the Project, including any reports and data relative to previous design <br />efforts, or investigations at or adjacent to the Project site as well as, information on existing <br />conditions such as surveys, documentation of utility location, structures and roads, special <br />zoning and building requirements. <br /> <br />2.4 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public <br />and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.5 <br /> <br />Bear all costs incidental to this Article. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Broaddus OR Contract <br />
