<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.4.19 Track the design-build firm's GMP savings balance and plan for its use or recapture. <br /> <br />1.4.20 Monitor Requests For Information (RFI's) and design-build firm's responsiveness and/or <br />compliance with the City design-build contract. <br /> <br />1.4.21 Assist City in its coordination of vendors under separate contracts with the City, such as <br />security, data, telecom, move management, etc. <br /> <br />1.4.22 Oversee the design-builder's compliance with SWPPP requirements (stormwater), as <br />required. <br /> <br />1.4.23 Participate in substantial completion of punch-list effort; monitor and track completion of <br />punch list items and perform final inspections and review punch list work. <br /> <br />Commissioning and Turnover Phase <br /> <br />1.4.24 Monitor and report to the City regarding furnishing procurement and building turnover. <br /> <br />1.4.25 Review and report to the City regarding the results of the HV AC test and balance for <br />compliance with construction contract requirements. <br /> <br />1.4.26 Monitor and report to the City regarding all pre-functional testing and check-out for <br />compliance with commissioning plan. <br /> <br />Warranty and Occupancy <br /> <br />1.4.27 Assist the City in tracking and compliance for warranty obligations. <br /> <br />1.5 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/CHANGE IN SERVICES <br /> <br />1. 5.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.4 above. The Consultant will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any addItional <br />services. The following services requested, if requested of the Consultant, are specifically <br />considered to be additional services: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Services resulting from significant changes in the scope, extent or the character of <br />the work. <br />Investigations and studies in addition to those specified under Basic Services. <br />The performance of services during out-of-town travel required of the Project <br />Manager other than for visits to the site or the City's offices. <br />Project commissioning after final completion of the Project (except for oversight <br />of the commissioning process, which is included in basic services). <br />Preparation for service or service as a consultant or witness for the City in any <br />litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution process related to the Project. <br /> <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Broaddus OR Contract <br />
