<br />I <br /> <br />(a) It an exception to the prohibition in 82.184 if all wheels of the motor vehicle, <br />large motor vehicle, travel trailer, boat or personal watercraft parked in the front <br />yard are on a permanently maintained parking area extending from the curb, <br />street, or alley in a contiguous course, and constructed of: <br /> <br />(1 ) Gravel with barriers or permanent curbing to define the driveway; <br /> <br />(2) Concrete; <br /> <br />(3) Brick; or <br /> <br />(4) Asphalt; <br /> <br />(b) The gravel, concrete, brick or asphalt parking area referred to in Sec 82.185(a) <br />shall be no greater than forty-five (45) percent of the size ofthe front yard, except <br />in the following situations: <br /> <br />(1) A residential unit which does not meet the mInImUm setback <br />requirements as set out in the Land Development Code is located on the property; <br />~ <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(2) A residential unit is located on the property, and the width of the lot <br />is twenty-five (25) feet or less; or, <br /> <br />(3) A residential unit is located on the property, and the property abuts a <br />street which is curbless or is less than thirty (30) feet wide. <br /> <br />(c) It is an exception to the prohibition in Sec 82.184 if the motor vehicle, large <br />motor vehicle, travel trailer, boat or personal watercraft is parked in the side yard <br />and the vehicle is screened from view from the public right-of-way by an opaque <br />fence six feet in height. <br /> <br />Sec. 82.186 Parkin!!: Prohibited on Vacant Lots <br /> <br />(a) It is unlawful for a person to park or allow to remain parked at any time on a <br />vacant lot in any single family residential zoning district more than two of the <br />following: <br /> <br />(1 ) A motor vehicle; <br /> <br />(2) A large motor vehicle; <br /> <br />(3) A travel trailer; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(4) A boat or personal watercraft. <br />
