<br />CenturyTel verifies that its personnel listed below are qualified to provide information and <br />assistance to the City: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Bill Colbeck, Sales Manager <br />John Navarette, Operations Manager <br /> <br />In addition, CenturyTel agrees to designate Karen Thompson, as its representative (the "Project <br />Manager") responsible for overseeing the City's entire account, and to serve as a liaison to the <br />City. CenturyTel will notify the City of any change in this designation in writing prior to making <br />any change. <br /> <br />1.6 CenturyTel will notify the City in writing within 10 days of any changes in Federal or <br />State regulations or laws that would affect this Agreement. CenturyTel will also notify the City <br />of any services that become available to the City throughout the term of this Agreement. Most <br />services will be provided through CenturyTel's branch located at 208 South Guadalupe Street, <br />San Marcos, Texas. In addition, CenturyTel will provide services through its corporate office <br />located at 100 CenturyTel Drive, Momoe, Louisiana. The City will address all service problems <br />with the designated Project Manager. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES <br /> <br />2.1 BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />I CenturyTel will: <br /> <br />2.1.1 Provides services in as described in described more specifically in the City's Request for <br />Proposal and Centurytel's Response Form which is attached to this Agreement as Attachment A. <br /> <br />2.1.2 Charge the City for the performance of its services under this Agreement in accordance <br />wi th A. <br /> <br />2.1.3 Acknowledge and agree that the following documents are incorporated as part of this <br />Agreement for all intents and purposes: (1) CenturyTel Response Form (Attachment A), (2) City <br />of San Marcos Request For Proposals (the "RFP") which is attached as Attachment B, and (4) <br />any other forms and documentation as determined necessary by CenturyTel and City in order to <br />provide the services requested herein. In the event of conflict, dispute, or discrepancy between <br />the provisions of this Agreement and the Attachments enumerated in this Section, the order of <br />precedence will be: 1) this Agreement, 2) the City Request for Proposals and 3) the CenturyTel <br />Response Form. <br /> <br />2.2 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/CHANGE IN SERVICES <br /> <br />2.2.1 Since CenturyTel's compensation is based on fixed fees for Basic Services, including <br />mmor deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to CenturyTel for <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Telecommunications Services <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />L~ <br />
