The City's terms and conditions for this contract are attached <br />as Exhibit "B". Where conflicts exist between the provisions of Exhibit "B" and the <br />provisions of this RFP, the provisions imposing greater responsibility on the successful <br />proponent will control. The selected proponent will be required to enter into a written <br />contract with the City in a form approved by the City Legal Department. This RFP and the <br />proposal, or any part thereof, may be incorporated into and made a part of the final <br />contract. The City reserves the right to negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract <br />with the selected proponent. <br /> <br />- 25 - <br />
