The purpose of this is to let patrons see for themselves that the <br />observation is underway. <br /> <br />4. Management should initiate reasonable ongoing training of employees to address the kinds of <br />problem behaviors identified during the public hearing. Training to be approved by city staff. <br /> <br />5. Uniformed Peace Officer to be hired to work for six months every Friday and Saturday night <br />from 8:00 p.m. to closing to provide security in the parking lot. <br /> <br />6. Applicant to return to the Planning and Zoning Commission at the end of six months to <br />report on the effectiveness of the measures which have implemented. <br /> <br />7. If an additional six points are accrued within the next six months, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will conduct another public hearing to consider the status of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />P ART 7.
