11. The City of San Marcos's Adopted FY 2011 -12 Budget includes funds which are <br />dedicated for the purposes of evaluating reclaimed water as a water source alternative. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS THAT: <br />PART 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the City to execute such <br />applications as are necessary to be made to the Bureau of Reclamation to apply for funding under <br />the Title XVI Water Reclamation and Reuse Program. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized on behalf of the City to review and execute <br />a contract with the Bureau of Reclamation if a grant is awarded. <br />PART 3. Funds in an amount not -to- exceed $88,055 from the adopted FY2011 -2012 Budget <br />are hereby committed as local matching funds. <br />PART 4. The findings of fact, recitations, and provisions set out in the preamble of this <br />Resolution are adopted and made a part of the body of this Resolution, as fully as if the same <br />were set forth herein. <br />PART 5.
