65. Being 58.052 acres of land, more or less, out of the J. M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO. ONE, Hays County, Texas, being out of a 150.23 acre tract of land conveyed from Alex T. Forshage to Alex L. Forshage and wife, recorded in Volume 166, page 621, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the Northease right-of-way line of an 80 foot wide road easement, being the Southwest comer of said 58.052 acre tract, from which the most Westerly comer of said 150.23 acre tract bears N 450 12' 00" W, a distance of 90.00 feet; THENCE, N 450 12' 00" E a distance of 1616.11 feet, with a barb wire fence to a found iron pipe being the Northwest comer of this tract; THENCE, S 44046' 00" E a distance of 200.13 feet, with a barb wire fence to an angle point; THENCE, S 060 16' 00" W a distance of 24.33 feet, with a barb wire fence to an angle point; THENCE, S 450 14' 00" E a distance of 1432.10 feet, with a barb wire fence to a comer being the Northeast corner of this tract; THENCE, S 45031' 00" W a distance of 1656.51 feet, with a barb wire fence to an iron pipe found; TIIENCE. S 490 25' 31" W a distance of 10.0~ feet, to a point of curvature on the Northeast right-of-way of said road easement, being the most Southerly comer of this tract; TIIENCE with the Northeast line of said road easement curving to the right with a radius bearing N 450 01' 44 II W, a radius distance of 6280.10 feet, a central angle of 050 37' 03", and an arc distance of 616.75 feet, to a point; THENCE N 390 21' 45" West, a distance of 2.71 feet to a point of curvature; THENCE curving to the left with a radius bearing ofW 500 38' 16" W, a radius distance of 6695.20 feet, a central angle of 050 20' 01", and an acr length of 623.25 feet to a point of tangency; THENCE N 440 41' 45" W, a distance of 307.77 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 58.052 acres of land.
