Private Open Space <br />1. The private open space may contain <br />open space improvements such as a swimming pool, amenity center and other related <br />uses as well as seating, landscaping and irrigation. <br />2. Site Development Regulations: The following site development regulations shall <br />apply to Open Space uses within the Open Space area: <br />A. Minimum Lot size. The minimum Lot size within a Private Open Space <br />area shall be 3,500 square feet, except for landscaped Lots in the right -of -way, which <br />may be smaller. <br />B. Maximum Height.
