<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Contractor during the course of the Work in association with certifying progress payments and <br />will review final as-built documents for completeness and compliance with Contract <br />requirements. <br /> <br />1.3.17 The Contractor, in coordination with the Contractor, will provide "as-built" record <br />drawings showing significant changes in the work made during the construction phase (1 set <br />mylar and 2 sets bluelines and complete digital CADD Drawings on CD). <br /> <br />1.3.18 Prior to final acceptance, the Project Architect will conduct a final inspection with the <br />City and prepare and administer the construction punch list until all punch list items have been <br />resolved to the City's satisfaction. <br /> <br />1.3.19 The Project Architect will review Contractor's submission of operating and maintenance <br />instructions, and all manuals, brochures, drawings, warranties and other close-out documentation <br />furnished by the Contractor for conformance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />1.4 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/CHANGE IN SERVICES <br /> <br />1.4.1 Since the Project Architect's compensation is a fixed fee for Basic Services, including <br />minor deviations from those describe in this Agreement, compensation to the Project Architect <br />for additional services will only be for substantial deviations from the scope of services <br />described in this Agreement. The Project Architect will submit a written estimate of fees to the <br />Owner Representative and obtain the City's authorization, through the Owner Representative, <br />before initiating any additional services. <br /> <br />1.4.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by the Project <br />Architect must be authorized by the City, through the Owner Representative, on the <br />Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this Agreement as Attachment A. <br />Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that specified for Basic Services in <br />accordance with Section 5.2 of this Agreement. The approval of the governing body of the City, <br />as Project owner, is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which exceeds <br />$25,000. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City, as Project owner, will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Project Architect regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Project Architect's services under this Agreement. The City, through the Owner Representative, <br />will furnish the Project Architect with copies of official City design standards and construction <br />standards, and other data and information in the City's possession needed by the Project <br />Architect at the Project Architect's request. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate the Owner Representative as the City's Project Manager and authorized <br />representatives to act on behalf of the City, as Project owner, with respect to this Agreement. <br /> <br />15 <br />
