<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.2.2.2 Review the "Constructability Report" prepared by the Contractor that identifies items <br />that, in the Project Architect's opinion, may negatively impact construction of the <br />Project, and provide the report to the Owner Representative. The Constructability Report <br />will address the overall coordination of Project Drawings, Specifications, and details and <br />identify discrepancies that may generate Change Orders or claims once Project <br />construction commences. The Constructability Report will be updated at least monthly <br />during the Pre-Construction Phase. <br /> <br />1.2.2.3 Utilize the web-based tracking system provided by the Owner Representative to track <br />questions, resolutions, decisions, directions and other information matters that arise <br />during the development of the Drawings and Specifications for the Project. The Project <br />Architect will update the information in the tracking system at least monthly. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Budget and Cost Consultation <br /> <br />1.2.3.1 Work together with the Contractor who is responsible for preparing and updating all <br />procurement and construction cost estimates. <br /> <br />1.2.3.2 In coordination with the Contractor, provide continuous cost consultation services <br />throughout the duration of the Project, including identification and tracking of decisions <br />that affect the scope ?r quality of the Project and providing ongoing updates of their cost <br />and budget impact to the Owner Representative. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Coordination of Design and Contract Documents <br /> <br />1.2.4.1 Review all Drawings, Specifications, and other contract documents as they are developed <br />during the schematic design, design development, and construction document design <br />stages of the Project. This review will not include review of the fabrication processes, <br />construction means or methods, or the coordination of the work with other trades, all of <br />which will be the responsibility of the Contractor. <br /> <br />1.2.4.2 Consult with the Owner Representative on the selection of materials, equipment, and <br />component systems, and on any specialized types of construction which may be used on <br />the Project. Advise the Owner Representative on site use, construction feasibility, and <br />construction coordination. <br /> <br />1.2.4.3 Advise the Owner Representative of any material error, inconsistency or omISSIOn <br />discovered in the Drawings, Specifications, and other Construction Documents. <br /> <br />1.2.4.4 Advise the Owner Representative on reasonable adjustments in the Project scope, qualIty <br />or other options for keeping the Project cost within the budget. <br /> <br />1.2.4.5 Review the Contract Documents for compliance with all applicable laws and rules. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Construction Planning and Bid Package Strategy <br /> <br />5 <br />
