15 Boardinghouse: A building other than a hotel where lodging and meals for three (3) or more persons are served for compensation. Building: Any structure built for the support, shelter and/or enclosure of persons, chattels or movable property of any kind. Building Line: A line parallel or approximately parallel to the street right-of-way property line and beyond which no building shall be erected.
