<br />19 <br /> <br />Street Line: A dividing line between a lot, tract <br />parcel of land and a contiguous street. <br /> <br />Structural Alterations: Any change in supporting <br />members of a building such as bearing walls, columns, <br />girders, beams or the entire roof. <br /> <br />Tourist Court: One (I) or more buildings designed <br />or used as temporary living quarters for automobile <br />transients in which individual cooking facilities may I <br />or may not be provided. In all cases, one (I) off- <br />street parking space shall be provided for each room <br />or suite of rooms in the tourist court. <br /> <br />Two-Family Dwelling: A building having separate <br />accommodations for and occupied by not more than two <br />(2) families. <br /> <br />Trailer Camp or Park: An area designed, arranged, <br />or used for the parking or storing of one (1) "or more <br />auto trailers which are occupied or intended for occu- <br />pancy as temporary living quarters by individuals or <br />families. <br /> <br />Used Car Lot: A lot or portion thereof to be used <br />only for the display and sale of automobiles that are <br />in condition to be driven on or off the lot. A used <br />car lot shall not be used for the storage of wrecked <br />automobiles, or the dismantling of automobiles, or <br />the storage of automobile parts. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the importance of this Ordinance creates <br />an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the pro- <br />vision of the Charter requiring all ordinances be read at three <br />separate meetings be suspended and such provision is hereby <br />suspended. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
