<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />found on the curving north line of the highway at the <br />southeast corner of that 7.74 acre tract conveyed by <br />O.E. Laidley to Hanno Guenther by deed dated October 1, <br />1974 bears N. 840 181 W 39.75 feet and from which point <br />a Texas Highway Department concrete monument found on <br />the curving north line of the highway at Engineerls <br />Station 660+35 bears N 850 201 W 126.73 feet, and pass <br />on the arc of this curve at approximately 142.5 feet <br />the centerline of a 50 foot wide easement conveyed by <br />Hanno Guenther to the Public by deed dated March 21, <br />1974 as recorded in Volume 266, page 463 of the Hays <br />County Deed Records, pass at approximately 145 feet the <br />approximate centerline of a roadway as used upon the <br />ground, pass at approximately 170 feet an aerial <br />utility line, and ~ass at approximately 200 feet another <br />aerial utility line; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the highway with the southeast line of <br />the Guenther 691.54 acre tract N. 290 271 E 221.26 feet <br />to an iron rod found at a fence corner for the north- <br />west corner of this tract same being the most northerly <br />west corner of the Belcher 6 acre tract, pass at approximately <br />5 feet an aerial guy wire, pass at approximately 140 <br />feet to the centerline of a roadway as used, pass at <br />approximately 150 feet the centerline of the aforementioned <br />50 foot easement, pass at approximately 165 feet an <br />aerial utility line, pass at approximately 201 feet <br />another aerial utility line; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Guenther 691.54 acre tract with the <br />common line of the Belcher 6.0 acre tract and this <br />tract the following two courses: <br />1. S 810 311 E 209.19 feet to a fence corner post for <br />the northeast corne~ of this tract, same being a <br />re-entrant corner of the Belcher 6.0 acre tract, <br />2. S 290 271 W 222.58 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br />There are contained within these metes and bounds <br />0.989 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed on the <br />ground during May, 1979, by James E.
