The Conr'a~tlr assures that the project director will submit to <br />Department in writin~J d r I'i\c.l:~dure for evahldting the results and progr'ess of <br />the project with th~ quarterly narrative reoort. Such procedure will explain <br />the criteria used to determine the success of tile project and will explain what <br />the Contractor has done or is dOIng in its jurisdiction to insure a coordinated <br />approach to personnel managE~lnent and training activities which are receiving <br />fi nanci a 1 support fmln the U. S. Government. <br /> <br />Section 10. <br /> <br />~e.po rtlr~~-9.u .i!~ments <br /> <br />A. Depa rtment s ha 11 furn; sh the Contractor with the foms to be used by <br />the Contractor for making its financial expenditure report and its request for <br />project payments. <br /> <br />B. In addition to the reports which Contractor is required to submit to <br />Deputment under subsection B( 1) of Section 3 of this contract, Contractor shall <br />submit the following: <br /> <br />1.
