<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />C. Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, <br />the total of all payments, liabilities and obligations made or <br />incurred by City hereunder shall not exceed the sum of four thousand <br />and seven hundred and fifty dollars ($4,750.00). <br /> <br />Section 4. Contract Period <br /> <br />This contract and agreement shall begin April 15, 1980. <br />and shall terminate February 28, 1981. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Project Director <br /> <br />The Contractor hereby names Margie McCloskey to be the <br />project director. If there is any change in the project director, <br />then the Contractor must send to City written notice of the change <br />within ten (10) working days. Upon receipt and written approval of <br />such change in the proJect director by City, the written notification <br />shall constitute an amendment to this contract. <br /> <br />Section 6. Legal Authority of Contractor <br /> <br />A. The Contractor assures and guarantees that it possesses <br />the legal authority, pursuant to any proper, appropriate and official <br />motion, resolution or action passed or taken giving the Contractor <br />legal authority, to enter into this contract, receive the funds <br />authorized by this contract and to perform the services the Contractor <br />has obligated itself to perform under this contract. <br /> <br />B. The person or persons signing and executing this contract <br />on behalf of the Contractor, or representing themselves as signing <br />and executing this contract on behalf of the Contractor, do here- <br />by warrant and guarantee that he or they have been duly authorized <br />by the Contractor to execute this contract on behalf of the Contractor <br />and to validly and legally bind the Contractor to all the terms, per- <br />formances and provisions herein set forth. <br /> <br />Section 7. Duties of Project Director <br /> <br />A. The Contractor assures that the project director will <br />provide a progress report which includes the significant accomplish- <br />ments which have occurred during the report period and which are <br />anticipated in the next report period. Such reports shall be submitted <br />monthly to City. Director shall be responsible for assisting City <br />In complying with Program Narrative as defined in Attachment B of <br />this contract. <br /> <br />Section 8. Reporting Requirements <br /> <br />A. In addition to the reports which Contractor is required <br />to submit to City under subsection B (1) of Section 3 of this contract, <br />Contractor shall submit the following: <br /> <br />1. The Contractor will submit to City a monthly . <br />narrative report no later than the Stn day of <br />the month following the close of the preceding <br />~onth. The narrative report shall include a <br />statement of the progress of the project in terms <br />of the work plan, and the products delivered and <br />a statement of any problems encountered or pro- <br />posed directional changes. <br /> <br />2. The Contractor will submit to City a final nar- <br />rative report no later than 30 days after the term- <br />ination date given in Section 4.
