<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />report shall include a statistical summary of <br />accomplishment, an analysis and discussion of unusual <br />developments and/or problems encountered and how such <br />problems were resolved, and a brief self-evaluation <br />of the project. <br /> <br />3. The Contractor will submit ten (10) copies of all prod- <br />ucts developed to City within a reasonable time after <br />delivery of such products. <br /> <br />Section 9. Sectarian Activity <br /> <br />None of the performances rendered hereunder shall involve, <br />and none of the funds received by the Contractor hereunder shall be <br />used for any sectarian activity nor shall any facilities used in <br />the performance of this contract be used for sectarian instruction <br />or as a place of religious worship. <br /> <br />Section 10. Publications <br /> <br />The Contractor agrees that all published materials (written, <br />visual, or audio) prepared in connection with an approved project <br />under this contract, will contain acknowledgement that the develop- <br />ment of the material was made possible by this contract with TDCA <br />and the U. S. Office of Personnel Management under the Intergovern- <br />mental Personnel Act (P.L. 91-648) and that neither TDCA nor the <br />U.S. Office of Personnel Management is responsible for the accuracy <br />of the material or the conclusions it contains. <br /> <br />Section 11. Consistent with Merit Principles <br /> <br />The Contractor assures and guarantees that the proposed <br />project is consistent with the "fair treatc1ent" merit principle in <br />clause (5) of the third paragraph of Section 2 of the Intergovern- <br />mental Personnel Act of 1970, P. L. 91-648, "hereinafter referred to <br />as the "Act" and the implementing regulations of the U. S. Office <br />of Personnel Management, and with those other merit principles in <br />clauses (1)-(6) of the third paragraph of Section 2 which apply <br />to the project under this contract. <br /> <br />Section 12. Contractor Monitoring <br /> <br />The Contractor shall continually monitor performance under <br />this contract to assure that time schedules are being met and per- <br />formance goals are being achieved. <br /> <br />Section 13. Changes and Amendments <br /> <br />A. Any alterations, additions or deletions to the terms of <br />this contract including the Attachments shall be by amendment hereto <br />in writing and executed by both parties. <br /> <br />Section 14. Compliance with Act and Regulations <br /> <br />A. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of <br />the Act and with the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. <br /> <br />B. The Contractor shall operate its project under this <br />contract and shall comply with the terms of this contract in such <br />a manner so as to prevent or to cor=ect a breach of TDCA's contract <br />with the U.
