The Contractor will submit ten (10) copies of all prod- ucts developed to City within a reasonable time after delivery of such products. Section 9. Sectarian Activity None of the performances rendered hereunder shall involve, and none of the funds received by the Contractor hereunder shall be used for any sectarian activity nor shall any facilities used in the performance of this contract be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship. Section 10. Publications The Contractor agrees that all published materials (written, visual, or audio) prepared in connection with an approved project under this contract, will contain acknowledgement that the develop- ment of the material was made possible by this contract with TDCA and the U. S. Office of Personnel Management under the Intergovern- mental Personnel Act (P.L. 91-648) and that neither TDCA nor the U.S. Office of Personnel Management is responsible for the accuracy of the material or the conclusions it contains. Section 11. Consistent with Merit Principles The Contractor assures and guarantees that the proposed project is consistent with the "fair treatc1ent" merit principle in clause (5) of the third paragraph of Section 2 of the Intergovern- mental Personnel Act of 1970, P. L. 91-648, "hereinafter referred to as the "Act" and the implementing regulations of the U. S. Office of Personnel Management, and with those other merit principles in clauses (1)-(6) of the third paragraph of Section 2 which apply to the project under this contract. Section 12. Contractor Monitoring The Contractor shall continually monitor performance under this contract to assure that time schedules are being met and per- formance goals are being achieved. Section 13. Changes and Amendments A. Any alterations, additions or deletions to the terms of this contract including the Attachments shall be by amendment hereto in writing and executed by both parties. Section 14. Compliance with Act and Regulations A. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Act and with the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. B. The Contractor shall operate its project under this contract and shall comply with the terms of this contract in such a manner so as to prevent or to cor=ect a breach of TDCA's contract with the U.
