VIII. COORDINATION BETWEEN CITY AND AUDITOR DURING ADDITIO AL ACCOUNTING SER\lICES: In order to facilitate the work of che I Auditor and 1n order to ensure minimum disruption of the normal performance of City business in all departments, Auditor 2grees to coordinate all visits by Auditor's personnel and all ~~ditor request for information and special support service fror City employees with the City Manager of the City. Auditor as -ees that all additional accounting services to be performed 0eyond the scope of the regular annual audit must be approved i c writin~ prior to the performance of such services by the City ~~~dger of the City. I IX. CANCELLATION PROVISION: If either party shall fail-J keep any of the agreements herein agreed by him to be kept or ~o make any payments herein agreed by him to be made, the other arty may, by giving the party 1n default written notice, canc~l and terminate this agreement as and from the expiration of t .1rty days from the reciept of said notice.
