I I I ENFORCEMENT CO~PLIANCE DIRECTIVE C I TV OF SAN ~1ARCOS Permit No. 10273 On March 13, 1980 and May 5, 1980, enforcement conferences were held with the city of San Marcos in response to the city of San Marcos I failure to comply with Provision No.4 of Enforcement Order No. 77-03. The following people were in attendance at the May 5 meeting: Mr. A. C. Gonzales Mr. Adrian J. Huckabee, P.E. Ms. Doriss Hambrick Mr. Earl T. Williams Mr. George W. Baeker Mr. D. Herbert Nordmeyer City Manager, City of San Marcos Freese and Nichols, Inc. Director of Public Works Director of Finance Water and Wastewater Superintendent Enforcement and Field Operations Division, Tm~R Pursuant to the findings of the conference, the city of San Marcos agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions of this Enforcement Compliance Directive. 1. By June 1,1980, the city of San Marcos will initiate the engineer- ing design for the rehabilitation of the main lift station so it will be able to pump not less than 6,300 gpm with the largest pump out of service. The design will take into consideration the capacities of sewage treatment plant No.1 and sewage treatment plant No.2. 2. By June 1, 1980, the city of San ;'1arcos will install a seal between the wet well and the dry well of the main lift station, so that water cannot flow from the wet well to the dry well. 3. By July 1, 1980, the city of San Marcos will submit plans to the reviewing authority for the rehabilitation of the main lift station. 4. By July 1, 1980, the city of San Marcos will advertise for bids for pumps and pump controllers to be utilized in the rehabilitation of the main lift station. 5. By September 1, 1980, the city of San Marcos will have initiated construction to rehabilitate the main lift station. Such con- struction shall be complete by November 30, 1980.
