By November 30, 1980, the city of San Marcos will have completed <br />the installation of an alarm system which will notify personnel at <br />sewage plant No.2 when the main lift station is not functioning <br /> <br />properly or when a bypass is occurring. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />This Enforcement Compliance Directive is issued in the exercise of the Executive <br /> <br />Director's prosecutorial discretion and represents only a determination that <br /> <br />formal enforcement action will be withheld so long as the city of San Marcos <br />complies with the specified schedule. The Enforcement Compliance Directive does <br />not constitute a modification or waiver of any applicable requirement. In the <br /> <br />event legal action is initiated, the Texas Department of Water Resources may <br /> <br />seek civil penalties for all violations, including those which occurred prior <br /> <br />to the issuance of the Enforcement Compliance Directive.
