The development schedules will be based <br />upon the short, intermediate and long term needs as developed <br />in the Master Plan. <br /> <br />Economic feasibility will also include estimates of expenses <br />for operations and maintenance and administratvie functions. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The property appears to have many desirable attributes for <br />alternative land userSj therefore, it must be regarded as <br />a potential source of capital for airport improvements at <br />another site. <br /> <br />Finally, there will be an anlysis of possible funding sources <br />including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, federal <br />funding sources and the possible infusion of private funding <br />for certain airport improvements. <br /> <br />TASK 12 - PREPARATION AND PRODUCTION OF STUDY DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />Upon completion of the Master Plan Study, twenty (20) copies <br />of the draft filinal report will be submitted for review and <br />comment. This report will contain all pertlnent conclusions, <br />recommendations and substantiating data, and all necessary <br />drawings and diagrams. <br /> <br />Upon approval by the sponsor, the FAA, and other agencies <br />if required, fifty (50) copies of the Final Report documents <br />will be printed and delivered within thirty (30) days. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />- <br />
