These factors must <br />bc carefully cvaluated and analyzed to identify any adverse <br />cnvlronmental effects that may result from the proposed devel- <br />opment. Should a major project be undertaken at <br />a later date, additional environmentul studies may be required. <br /> <br />TASK 10 - DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Of the many benefits of u Muster Planll1ng Study, the develop- <br />ment of schedules and cost estimates for implementing the <br />desired improvements is one of the most sign1ficant. <br /> <br />Th1S information is a valuable tool in planning the capital <br />expenditures incumbent to any improvements project. The <br />development schedules will be presented to clearly define <br />the improvemcnt schedule and Justification for each recom- <br />mendation. <br /> <br />TASK 11 - ECONOMIC FEl\SIllILITY l\ND FINl\NCIAL PLAN <br /> <br />The financial plan will include an estimate of capital in- <br />vestment along with a schedule of improvements proposed in <br />
