Primary guidance for the land use plan w1ll be m~di- fied criteria in FAA Advisory Circular AC l50/5050-6, Airport ~ Land Use Compatibility Planning. TASK 6 - TERMINl\L AHEA PLANS The terminal area plan will be designed to achieve an accepta- ble balance between user convenience, operati ng efficiency, facility investment and aesthetIcs. Its development wiJl evolve from the airfield configuration and lund use criteria establ'shed in the Airport Layout Plan and Land Use Plan. . The plan will show recommended locations for such facJ_llties ciS terminal expansions, hangars and other service bUlldi;,y s; u 1 r- craft park1ng and t1e-down areus; and other facilltie~ as re- quired. Conceptual drawings will be prepared of buildlngs. TASK 7 - AIRPORT ACCESS PLAN I The Airport Access Plan will prOVIde recommended routIng of airport access with existing and planned ground transporta- tions arter ie s . Recommendations will be based on forccas t ai r __ port vehicular traffic and coordinated with area surface traJ:3- portation system plans. TASK 8 - AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN I The Airport Layout Plun 1S Cl <JrClphic presentation of C'Xlst- ing and proposed airport facilities. It wIll include the initial and ultimate configurdtioll for runways, tClxiways, aprons, ureas for terminal devclopmcllt and other essentiLll facilities. Clear zones, app~oach areas and other alrspacc features will be shown on CJ recommended airspace zoniJl~1 map, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 77. Development of the plan will be closely coordInated w~th the FAA.
