I I I -3- insurance policies shall name City as co-insured on each policy. Said insurance policies shall contain the endorsement that such insurance may not be cancelled or amended with respect to Lessee without ten (10) days written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to City by the insurance company. A copy of said insurance policy or policies shall be delivered by Lessee to the City Secretary of the City of San Marcos no later than 5:00 a.m. September 5, 1980. Said minimum requirement of insur- ance coverage shall not limit Lessee's liability under Part VI of this lease agreement. VII. Lessee shall have sole responsibility for control of all persons present on said leased premises in connection with said aerobatic competition and related activities during the period of time described in Part I of this lease agreement. Said property shall be restored at the end of the lease period to its condition immediately prior to the starting date of the lease period. Lessee will gather and dispose of litter and trash in connection with its operations located on the property. Lessee shall take sufficient security measures to safeguard the premises from theft and/or vandalism. VIII. provision of adequate sanitary facilities for aerobatic personnel during the term of this lease shall be the sole re- sponsibility of Lessee. IX. Lessee shall pay all utility bills which are attributable to aerobatic contests and related activites conducted by Lessee. If additional installation of utilities is necessary for activities to be conducted during the period of time described in Part I, the expense of said installation shall be the sole responsibility of Lessee. Any such installed utilities shall remain on the leased property at the termination of this lease agreement unless those utilities can be removed without damage to the premises. x .
