<br />shall te maintained by Sadowsky in such a condition as not to constitute a
<br />
<br />hazard to the safety and well being of any person or as an impedirrent to vehicular

<br />traffic..

<br />Grass growing adjacent to or under benches shall be neatly trinmed.

<br />Sacbwsky agrees to comply with the following construction guidelines:

<br />Sadowsky as its lncal Iepresentative for purposes of perfonning those duties

<br />assigned to Sadowsky by this Contract. Any change in the Local Pspresenati ve
<br />
<br />shall require written approval of the City Ma.nager of City prior to said
<br />
<br />change .
