Ownership of Documents: Drawings and specifications as instruments <br />of service are the property of the Engineer whether the work on which they are <br />made be executed or not and the Engineer will retain in his files original <br />drawings and specifications for the work. The Engineer will provide twenty <br />sets of plans and specifications and bid documents. Additional sets of plans <br />and specifications and bid documents as are necessary in the receiving of <br />bids for construction and as are required in the execution of the Project will <br />be furnished at actual cost of reproduction including handling and delivery <br />costs. Upon completion of construction, the Engineer shall revise the working <br />drawings in accordance with data furnished by Contractor(s) to show the Project <br />as constructed and the Owner shall be furnished two sets of prints and one <br />set of reproducibles made from the "Record" drawings. <br /> <br />10. Termination of Contract: This Contract may be terminated, or the <br />scope of work may hereunder be modified at any time without penalty or liability <br />except as may otherwise be specified herein, provided the Engineer will be <br />entitled to compensation for work completed prior to such termination. <br />
