I I ~ PAGE 4 of all experiments carried out while the greenhouse covers were in place, assessing performance of the greenhouse in aiding in affecting wastewater treat- ment, generally assessing Project progress to date, documenting any further expenditures of Project funds, and outlining the experimental program expected to be carried out by the next report submittal, where- upon the City shall pay the Consultant a sum of 20% of the lump sum total, or a total of $4,400. 5. On or about July 31, 1981, the Consultant shall submit a Mid-Summer Report detailing the results of warm weather (out-of-greenhouse) experiments conducted to date, documenting any further expenditures of Project funds, assessing warm weather performance of the Project facilities to date, and outlining the remaining experi- ments to be conducted under this agreement, where- upon the City shall pay the Consultant a sum of 20~ of the lump sum total, or a total of $4,400. 6. On or about October 15, 1981, the Consultant shall submit the Project's Final Report, detailing all data collected and all experiments conducted during the Project, assessing the results of all experiments, rendering recommendations upon the future applicability of such a wastewater treatment plant to the City of San Marcos, making recommendations for further study if applicable, giving results of literature surveys on similar wastewater treatment concepts, and out- lining all expenditures of Project funds, whereupon the City shall pay the Consultant the remaining 10% of the lump sum total, or a total of $2,200.
