Mr. James seconded the motion. Mr. <br />Tarbutton then withdrew his motion. Mr. James then moved to amend <br />Section 9, D to read 2~ stories, or 35', whichever is less, measured <br />from any point on the lot. Mr. Tarbutton seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Norris moved to amend Section 9, D <br />the side yard of an internal lot to 10% <br />James seconded the motion, which passed <br /> <br />to change the setback <br />or a minimum of 7~'. <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />for <br />Mr. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. James moved to amend Section 10, D to include a maximum height <br />of 35' or 2~ stories. Norr is seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. James moved to amend Section 15, F to include the maximum height <br />requirement of 2~ stories or 35'. Mr. Tarbutton seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Norris moved to amend Section 17, B to include "Veterinary clinics <br />where all activities are conducted within a totally enclosed building". <br />Mr. James seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. James moved to amend Section 18, D to read "Residential Area <br />Requirements". Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimOUSI. <br /> <br />Mrs. Norris moved to amend Section 19, C to add "Bars, Taverns, <br />Nightclubs - In accordance with the adopted ordinances of the City <br />of San ~"1arcos requiring a conditional use permit". Mr. James seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Stokes moved to delete R-l and R-2 usage from Industrial districts. <br />He then withdrew his motion. <br /> <br />Mr. James moved to amend Section 20, D to read "Residential Area <br />Requirements". Mr. Stokes seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. James moved to amend Section <br />renumbering subsequent sections. <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />23, by deleting paragraph Band <br />Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, <br /> <br />Mr. James moved to amend Section 24 by substituting pages 80, 80A, <br />80B, SOC and BOD as proposed and attached; including Single Family <br />"attached" and "detached" requirements and adding condominiums to <br />Multi-Family uses. Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown moved to amend Section 24, rn by changing the word "Ordinance" <br />to "Section". Mr. James seconded the motion, which passed unanimOUS11 <br /> <br />Mrs. Norris moved to amend Section 25, n to read "except where <br />Commercial or Industrial building is constructed on the property <br />line" and change the minimum requirement for a fence to 6'. Mr. <br />Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />
