<br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />The Mayor introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the November 3rd meeting. Mr. James moved to approve the minutes.
<br />Mr. Cavazos seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
<br />
<br />The Mayor introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the November 13th meeting. Mr. Cavazos moved to approve the minutes.
<br />Mr. Stokes seconded the motion. On roll call, the following vote
<br />was recorded:

<br />AYE: Brown, Cavazos, Kraus, Stokes
<br />
<br />NAY: None
<br />
<br />ABSTAIN: James, Norris, Tarbutton
<br />
<br />The Mayor introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the November 17th meeting. Mrs. Norris moved to approve the minutes.
<br />Hr. Cavazos seconded the motion. On roll call, the following vote
<br />was recorded:

<br />
<br />NAY: None

<br />ABSTAIN: James-

<br />The Mayor introduced for consideration appointments to the Central
<br />Texas Higher Education Authority. Mr. Brown stated his concern that
<br />the membership of the board has not changed very much since it was
<br />created. He said he would like to see the board recommend one or two
<br />new members. Mr. James moved to table this item until the first meeting
<br />in January in order to receive additional nominations from the CTHEA.
