<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br />Contractor agrees Contractor will retain personal control <br /> <br />of this Contract and will not assign any rights under this contract, <br /> <br />by Power of Attorney or otherwise, or sublet said Contract, with- <br /> <br />out the written consent of City. Contractor agrees that the sub- <br /> <br />letting of any portion or feature of the work shall not relieve <br /> <br />Contractor from Contractor's full obligations to the City, as <br /> <br />provided by this Contract. <br /> <br />XIV. <br /> <br />City may terminate this Contract upon ten (10) days notice <br /> <br />to Contractor by paying the sum due contractor to date, and in <br /> <br />addition thereto the actual cost of removing Contractor's equip- <br /> <br />ment from the premises. The sum due shall be an amount which <br /> <br />represents the percentage of work completed. City shall determine <br /> <br />the percentage of work completed. <br /> <br />xv. <br /> <br />The foregoing instrument in writing constitutes the entire <br /> <br />agreement herin, there being no other written nor parole agree- <br /> <br />ment with any officer or employee of City.
