THENCE, leaving the said existing City Limits, in a Northwesterly direction with the projection of the Southeast line of the said Williams 81.43 acre tract, crossing the said M.K.T. and Missouri-Pacific Railroads, joining the Southeast line of the said Williams 81.43 acre tract, and continuing on to the West corner of the said Williams 81.43 acre tract, same being on the Southeast line of Hunter Road (F.M. Highway No. 2439)i THENCE, continuing in a Northwesterly direction, crossing the said Hunter Road (F.M. Highway No. 2439), to the South corner of that 84.84 acre tract of land conveyed to W.B. Williams by W.A. Williams by deed dated March 31, 1955 and recorded in Volume 193, Page 159, Hays County Deed Records; II THENCE, continuing in a Northwesterly direction with the Southwest line of the said Williams 84.84 acre tract, to the most Westerly corner of the tract here- in described, same being the West corner of the said Williams 84.84 acre tract and on the Northwest line of the J.M. Veramendi Leag~e No.1, the Southwest line of the T.J. Chambers League; THENCE, in a Northeasterly direction with the said Veramendi-Chambers League line to its intersection with a Southwesterly line of the existing City Limits for the most Northerly Northwest corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, in an Easterly direction with the existing line of the City Limits to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 697 acres of land, more or less, of which approximately 13 acres of land, more or less, lie within the Public Right-of-Way of Wonder World Drive (F.M. 3407-Redwood Road) and Hunter Road (F.M. 2439). I be, and the same lS hereby annexed to the City of San Marcos, Texas. SECTION 2. That the corporate limits of said City be, and the same are hereby, extended to include said described territory. SECTION 3. That said described territory shall henceforth be a part of the City of San Marcos and any inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all citizens, and shall be bound by the acts and ordinances, resolutions and regulations of said City. SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days from and after final passage and publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
