<br />SECTION 13. That the Code of Ordinances, City of San ~larcos, Texas, is <br />hereby amended by adding a section, to be numbered 23(J), which said section <br />reads as follows: <br /> <br />23(J) Fences or shrubbery in R-l, R-2 and TH Zoning Districts <br />in the front setback line shall not exceed four (4) feet in <br />height. Fences along interior lot lines starting from the front <br />building setback line to the rear property line shall not <br />exceed six (6) feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 14.
