<br />3. Grantee agrees to comply with all local, state and federal standards and requirements that apply <br />to Grantee's construction, maintenance or operation of the Electric Line. <br /> <br />4. Grantee will have the right to cut, trim and remove any trees, brush or shrubbery to the extent <br />necessary to keep the easement clear along the route of the Electric Line. Grantee will use accepted <br />practices in performing this work, and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that trimming activities <br />on trees do not endanger the health of remaining portions of the trees. <br /> <br />5. Grantee will have the right of reasonable ingress and egress to the easement across the remainder <br />of Grantor's land. <br /> <br />6. Grantee shall make inquiry of the Grantor as to the identity of any agricultural lessee of the <br />property before the Grantee commences any construction work. Grantee shall notify any agricultural <br />lessee of the Grantor of any activity that may disturb crops or fencing in or near the easement. <br />Grantee will take all necessary precautions to avoid damage or interference with any such lessee's <br />activities. <br /> <br />The reservations, covenants, and reversionary provisions of this easement shall run with the title to <br />this easement, and shall be binding upon the Grantee and any successive owners of the easement or <br />any portion of it. <br /> <br />When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the plural. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND, this the 25th day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />,1999. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />By: #t-~d~ <br />Larry .
