Reflecting the vision, of the Project <br />Site, the development standards call for exterior materials and design standards that are <br />cohesive with the existing architecture of the adjacent Hillside Ranch Apartments and <br />also express the natural environment and range wfnatural materials found in Central <br />T8ma3.
