6.09 Occupancy Restrictions <br />Occupancy of all units within this development shall be restricted to o nlaxim7VrO of one <br />person per lease per bedroom. Those oCrUpaDoV restrictions shall not he applicable to <br />families as defined in the City's LDC. <br />6.10 Tree Preservation & Mitigation Requirements <br />The Project Site is subject k}the Tree and Habitat P/okno8iV0 requirements of the City's <br />LOC. In the event that o tree <br />designated for protection and preserved in accordance with this section dies within 3 <br />years of issuance of certificates of oncupancy on the project site, that tree, mho|U be <br />required to be mitigated for in accordance with this section. <br />6.11 Lighting Requirements <br />This project will provide lighting |gve|g in conformance with LDC requirements and that <br />are compatible with safety and industry standards. <br />1. Light |eVain: by illuminating landscape and vertical ourfmcon the project will <br />achieve lighting oonnhzrt that [aqUinea lower lighting levels arid vet O0ena full <br />visibility and sanohh/. <br />2. Color of light: The project will only use ]arnpo that provide warm color light with m <br />range greater than 5,000, Kelvins. This is the :V|nr spectrum of incandescent <br />light. It can be achieved' h« different means and it is generally less glaring and <br />makes public spaces fiiend�Uer and more hospitable. <br />3.
