LBJ Odv8 and Holland Street. These <br />intersection improvements eheU be coordinated with the City's planned N. LBJ Drive <br />K*CnDS\rUoUon C|P project. Detailed design and construction roquiva[mnDt8 for these <br />improvements shall bo determined ot the time of platting of the property. <br />Section 7: MiscellaneOLIS <br />7.01 The Property Owner understands and acknowledges that the Project Site will babound <br />by the provisions of U1eeo development standards as though they were onndU00Dm, restrictions <br />and limitations nn the Use of the Project S|teundertheQty'sLOC. <br />7.02 The Property Owner understands and acknowledges that any person,, firDn, corporation <br />or ether entity violating any provisions of these development standards ohmU be, eoNact to all <br />penalties that apply 1oviolation of the City's LD[|, as amended.
