Design Phase <br />schedules refer to time from receipt of a notice -to- proceed. <br />Preliminary Engineering Letter Report - 4 weeks <br />Draft Easement Documents — 8 weeks <br />Final Easement Documents— 12 weeks <br />60 Percent Drawings —16 weeks <br />90 Percent Drawings with draft manual — 22 weeks <br />Final Sealed Drawings and Manual — 26 weeks <br />Bidding Phase will last three months <br />Construction Phase will last ten months <br />B -1 <br />
