AUTHORIZATION OF CHANGE IN SERVICES <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />PROJECT: Implementation of the Downtown Master Plan - Phase 1 <br />Project <br />CONSULTANT: Gateway Planning Group, Inc. <br />AUTHORIZATION NO.: 1 <br />ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE: October 21, 2012 <br />AUTHORIZATION DATE: April 17, 2012 <br />WORK TO BE ADDED TO OR DELETED FROM SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />In accordance with the original Letter of Agreement dated October 21, 2012 (the "Agreement "), <br />the Consultant and the City wish to move forward with Phase 2 of the Implementation of the <br />Downtown Master Plan Project.
