<br />Attachment A <br />\\'ESTOVER IMPROVEMENTS <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />PROffCf SCOPE <br /> <br />The project includes the paving, widening, and extension of portions ofFunnan. Allen, Clyde, Delmar, Hamilton, Marlton, and <br />Earl streets. In addition to the paving, the project will also include the installation of water, wastewater, and drainage <br />improvements in the referenced sections. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />$4,200.00 <br /> <br />A Phase I Cultural Resource Assessment (perfonned by Antiquities Planning & Consulting) <br />1) Review site records to identify the type of site and previously identified components or features. <br />2) Conduct on-site visit to assess presence or absence of materials associated with site 41HY191, and their current <br />condition. <br />3) Assess the proposed route in tenns of the impact to existing and potential resources areas. <br />4) Prepare notification packet for Texas Historical Commission (THC), for review by the City and submission to the <br />mc. <br />a. Environmental Assessment <br />1) Provide maps of the rights-of-way at a scale of one inch to 200 feet with the fonowing infonnation: <br />a) Contour intervals of ten feet or less. <br />b} Delineation of all areas sloping one percent or less; one percent to 15 percent; fifteen percent to 25 percent; and <br />25 percent or more. <br />c) Delineation of the outcrop of the Edwards and associated limestone. All aquifer recharge structures to include <br />caves, sinkholes, cracks, fractures or fissures at the surface; watercourses or drainageways which have recharge <br />structures within them. <br />d) One-hundred year floodplain and flood way. <br />e) All trees thirty feet tall or taller and aU trees with a caliper of fifteen inches or greater. (If authorized with <br />topographic survey, a $1,400.00 deduct would be offered.) <br />f) The habitat of endangered or threatened species of flora or fauna. <br />g) Soils with high shrink/swell ratios, soils that are easily eroded and soils that are classified as prime agricultural <br />by the Texas Department of Agriculture or the U.S. Department of Agriculture. <br />h) Wetlands. <br />2) Provide a descriptive narrative of how the proposed project might affect or be affected by: <br />a} Environmental constraints oftbe proposed project area. <br />b) The consequences of not constructing the proposed project on the environment and quality of life for the <br />community . <br />3} Submit to City for review and comment. <br /> <br />cRELIMINARY <br /> <br />537,600.00 <br /> <br />C. PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING <br />l} Gather available infonnation on the existing utilities including, but not limited to the following: <br />c) Existing utility system maps (water, wastewater, telephone, gas, electric, cable) <br />d) Existing digital topography e) Existing City construction plans and Right-of-Way maps <br />f) Existing easement maps and documents <br />2) Compile information into a base map on the computer. <br />3) Walk potential alignments to veritY infonnation on base map. <br /> <br />$1,500.00 <br /> <br />B. TOPOGRAPlllC SURVEY <br />I} Clear right of way on Furman, Allen, Clyde, and Delmar with a Hydroax <br />2} Survey and calc alignments using the benchmarks provided by the City. <br />3) Produce contour map based on the City's coordinate system. <br /> <br />$14,800.00 <br />
