Lake Water Line Project <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Godwin: <br /> <br />This letter shall! serve as an agreement between Antiquities Planning and Consulting (the <br />"Consultant"), and the. City of San Marcos (the "City"), 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas <br />78666, for the Consultant's performance of archaeological services for the City of San Marcos <br />Spring Lake Water Line Project as. specified in the Scope of Work attached as Attachment A The <br />Consultant agrees to perform alii services in accordance with the City of San Marcos Terms and <br />Conditions for Professional Services Agreements attached as. Attachment B. <br /> <br />The City agrees. to pay the Consultant not to exceed the total: sum of $30,892.00 for the <br />Consultant's services, as described inthe attached.Attachment C. Payments will be made monthly <br />based on itemized invoices from the Consultant showing direct and indirect labor costs onan hourly <br />basis, subconsultant expenses, and expenses such as travel, equipment, materials, supplies and <br />curation fees.
