8.3 The captions used in this Lease are for convenience only and do not in any way limit or amplify any terms and provisions. The term "will" is mandatory in this Lease. 8.4 One or more waivers of any provision of this Lease by the City will not be deemed to waive the City's authority to enforce strict compliance with this Lease in the future. 8.5 Nothing in this Lease will be deemed or construed by the parties, nor by any third party, as creating the relationship of principal and agent or of partnership or of joint venture between the parties. The only relationship between the parties is that of landlord and tenant. 8.6 The Co-op will not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, age, sex, national origin or disability in the use of the Leased Premises. 8.7 The City will have the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection. The City will not be liable to Co-op for any expense, loss, or damage from the City's entry upon the Leased Premises. 8.8 The Co-op will not assign or transfer this Lease or any interest in it or sublet all or part of the Leased Premises without prior written consent of the City. 8.9 All notices required or permitted in this Lease will be in writing, and will be sent or delivered to the following persons at the following respective addresses. If either party changes its address or representative for notice purposes, it will notify the other party in writing within 10 days.
