<br />PART 2. $40,000 of the funds remaining allocated for flood assistance will be <br />allocated for miscellaneous rehabilitation. The City staff will conduct another round of <br />applications over a 30-day period for the use of funds for this purpose. If funds are not <br />sufficient to meet all eligible applications, funding will be allocated to all eligible applications <br />on a pro rata basis. <br /> <br />PART 3. The remainder of the funds remaining allocated for flood assistance will <br />be allocated for the other uses described in Part 1. The City staff will conduct another <br />round of applications over a 30 day period for these funds. The staff will prioritize the <br />applications, and allocate funds, based on 1) whether properties are within in outside the <br />100 year floodplain, and 2) the cost of repairs relative to the value of the improvements <br />prior to the October, 1998 flood. <br /> <br />All eligible applications for properties within the 100 year floodplain will be allocated funding <br />before applications for properties outside the 100 year floodplain are considered. <br /> <br />Applications will be categorized by cost of repairs relative to the value of the improvements <br />prior to the October, 1998 flood as follows: <br /> <br />Category 1 <br />Category 2 <br />Category 3 <br />Category 4 <br /> <br />50% or more <br />40-49% <br />30-39% <br />20-29% <br /> <br />All eligible applications in each category will be allocated funding before applications in the <br />next category are considered. Iffunds for a category are not sufficient to meet all eligible <br />applications, funding will be allocated to all eligible applications in the category on a pro <br />rata basis. <br /> <br />PART 4.
