uses: <br />(1) Sightseeing and excursion boats operated by a person owning or controlling <br />property bordering upon Spring Lake; and <br />(2) Archaeological and scientific projects authorized by a person owning or <br />controlling property bordering upon Spring Lake. <br />(b) It is unlawful for a person to enter or remain within or upon the public waters of <br />Spring Lake for a use or purpose other than those authorized in subsection (a) of this section. <br />Sec. 58.068. Possessing of or shooting spearguns in San Marcos River; permit required. <br />(a) In this section, the term "speargun" means any type of device used for propelling a <br />spear, gig or any other type of hand held spear or projectile through water as a means of shooting <br />or taking fish. <br />(b) It is unlawful for any person to possess or shoot a speargun while in or upon the San <br />Marcos River without a program permit issued by the Department. <br />Sec. 58.069. Activities on bridges crossing San Marcos River. <br />(a) It is unlawful for a person to jump or dive into the San Marcos River from any bridge <br />crossing the river. <br />(b) It is unlawful for a person to stop and stand upon any railroad bridge crossing the San <br />Marcos River. <br />(c) This section does not affect the enforcement of laws prohibiting criminal trespass on <br />privately owned bridges. <br />Sec. 58.070. Activities restricted on Blanco River bridges. <br />It is unlawful for a person to fish from the Uhland Road bridge crossing the Blanco <br />River. <br />Sec. 58.071. Activities on Dams. <br />(a) It is unlawful for a person to stop or stand in tie a.. nY spillway at Rio Vista Falls or <br />interfere with another person passing through the aM spillway. <br />(b) It is unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly store sell, consume, or <br />display alcoholic beverages on any dam spillway control, levy, bridge, water <br />
