ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will: <br />2.1 Furnish the Veterinarian with copies of data and information in the City's possession <br />needed by the Veterinarian at the Veterinarian's request. The City will provide this information <br />and render decisions expeditiously for the orderly progress of the Veterinarian's services. <br />2.2 Provide: <br />a) Separate surgical room to include a preoperative area; <br />b) Six surgical packs of instruments; <br />c) Steam sterilizer (large volume capacity); <br />d) V -top stainless surgical hydraulic adjustable table (must adjust to different heights) <br />e) Surgery light; <br />f) Two anesthesia machines with isofluorane vaporizer with 02 tanks; <br />g) Stainless prep table; <br />h) bank of stainless steel recovery cages; <br />i) mayo instrument table; <br />j) ultrasonic instrument cleaner; <br />k) anesthesia monitor /pulse oximitor <br />1) separate veterinary technician; <br />m) medications; and <br />n) chemicals, including insecticides, shampoo, anesthetics, testing /screening supplies, <br />medical /surgical supplies, and equipment approved by the City, as specified below: <br />2.3 All printing duplication or reproduction services and assume all distribution costs for <br />sending materials to the desired parties. <br />2.4 Designate Bert Stratemann, Animal Services Manager as the City's authorized <br />representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine <br />the documents and information submitted by the Veterinarian and promptly render responses to <br />the Veterinarian on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br />2.5 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Veterinarian to enter public <br />and private property as required for the Veterinarian to perform its services under this <br />Agreement. <br />2.6 Bear all other costs incidental to this Article. <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />W <br />
