However, since the field conditions cannot be known with certainty <br />prior to study, Hicks and Company will be notified as soon as possible should field results <br />indicate that the budget is insufficient to complete the work. A draft project report will be <br />submitted to Hicks and Company no later than three weeks from the date fieldwork is <br />completed, unless given a written extension for the deadline. Assuming no delays due to <br />weather or other uncontrollable events, fieldwork will be completed in two weeks.
