Submit 60 percent completion of "Issued for Review" documents to the City within <br />45 calendar days upon City authorization to proceed with final design. <br />2. Submit 90 percent completion "Issued for Review" documents to the City within 30 <br />calendar days upon receipt of City comments on the 60% completion "Issued for <br />Bid" documents. <br />3. Submit "Issued for Bid" documents to the City within 15 calendar days upon receipt <br />of City comments on the 90% completion "Issued for Bid" documents. <br /> <br />Bid Phase <br /> <br />1 . Make recommendations to the City for award of construction contract within 7 <br />calendar days upon bid opening. <br /> <br />Construction Phase <br /> <br />1 . Submit the requirements for construction phase quality assurance services within 7 <br />calendar days upon bid opening. <br />2. Submit record drawings to the City within 30 calendar days upon receipt of final <br />record data from the Contractor. The record drawings shall include the following: <br />· One (1) set of reproducible prints of "Record Drawings" <br />· One (1) electronic copy in Microstation ".dgn" format. <br /> <br />A.7 COMPENSATION. BASIC SERVICES <br />LUMP SUM WITH ADDITIONAL WORK BASED ON COST TIMES <br />MULTIPLIER <br /> <br />1. Basic Services: Compensation to FNI forthe Basic Services shall be the lump sum <br />of $209,705. If FNI sees the Scope of Services changing so that additional services <br />are needed, including but not limited to those services described as Additional <br />Services. FN I will notify City for City's approval before proceeding. Additional Services <br />shall be computed based on the Schedule of Charges.
